We currently produce approximately 1.2 million modules with high specific requirements per year - the capacity can be expanded at short notice if necessary. From samples to large series
From manual to fully automated assembly lines, we are fully flexible in adapting our processes for you. We offer you electronics production that fits your product exactly: flexible, holistically conceived, based on a platform or individually. Design for Manufacturing - thinking ahead right from the start. Because production-oriented design not only saves costs and time, but also soothes the nerves. For your product, we put together exactly fitting and economical assembly and testing programs, develop assembly concepts and test them for feasibility and efficiency. Benefit from an accompanying development, close-to-production prototyping, optimally organized workflows as well as short distances between development and production, which enable a quick reaction in case of changed conditions.
We don't just develop control units in accordance with the requirements of functional safety, but also produce them directly at our company in large series. ESD-compliant, compliant with Functional Safety (ISO 26262), in accordance with IPC standards and 100% traceable. That is how efficient electronics production at digades works.
