Dr.-Ing. Sascha Berger has been Managing Director of digades GmbH since May 1, 2018. In addition to his technical training as a graduate physicist and doctor in the field of communications engineering (both degrees from TU Dresden), he completed a Master's degree in Business Administration at the Business School Lausanne. In the past, he has lived and worked in Germany, the USA, England, the Czech Republic and Switzerland.
Sanjay Mandal
Managing Director
Sanjay Mandal has been Managing Director of digades GmbH since 2025. Independently of this, he is Managing Director of BridgeConT GmbH, an investment and consulting company. He has more than 24 years of experience as an industry manager, management consultant and entrepreneur, including positions at the Tata Group (India), KPMG (USA; partner in Munich from 1999) and the founding of a software company that was successfully sold to an Indian software house - he was subsequently CEO of the German subsidiary. He has worked in many parts of Europe as well as in the USA, India, Korea and Japan. Academic: NDA Khadakwasla (Bachelor, Officer Cadet), Master at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Harvard University; also taught business administration at LMU Munich.
