The drc Remote Engine Start enables convenient air conditioning of the vehicle by cooling, ventilating or heating - controlled by radio remote control. The system, consisting of transmitter, receiver and antenna, is available as an aftermarket product from accessory dealers and North American authorized workshops. With minor modifications, it can also be installed directly in series production vehicles.

Air conditioning - thought globally.
The vehicle air conditioning is controlled via the auxiliary heating or - outside Europe - via Remote Engine Start. We develop these systems in accordance with ISO 26262 (functional safety). With little adaptation effort, they are also suitable for battery conditioning and auxiliary air conditioning in BEVs.
Range without worries.
For maximum performance, we match the transmitter, receiver and antenna to the specific application. Our digades distance boost (ddb) significantly increases the range of classic ISM radio remote controls. The drc Smart Key goes even further: range-independent control of convenience functions and keyless access - as a fast, intuitive all-in-one platform for the mobility of tomorrow.
