We assemble rigid and flexible PCBs up to 0201 on several high-performance SMT lines - fully automated from samples to medium and large series. All common SMD designs are precisely placed and reflow soldered with short cycle times.

Processes & procedures

SMT plus THR (Through Hole Reflow) for thermally robust THT components; optional manual assembly with selective soldering for samples/prototypes. Completely lead-free, RoHS-compliant.

Quality & proof

SPI before reflow, AOI and functional tests after assembly. Production in accordance with IPC-A-610 Class 3, 100% traceability across the entire series.

Full Service

From DFM/development to production, programming, testing, documentation, customs and shipping processing - JIT on request, as an individual service or complete package.
