Digades shows intelligent operating systems for added convenience at the IZB 2022 suppliers fair

digades GmbH will be exhibiting at the IZB 2022, the trade fair for the automotive supply industry in Wolfsburg, Germany, from 11-13 October 2022. At the stand of the Network Automotive Suppliers Saxony (AMZ) in hall 5/booth 5316, the company will present smart operating systems for a wide range of automotive applications.

Range-independent remote control solutions for controlling vehicle components - with integrated mobile radio technology

Range and battery life are the decisive factors for optimum user convenience of radio remote control systems.

Previous systems are usually either limited in range, have only very short battery runtimes or predefined function scopes. With the integration of mobile technology and a direct connection to the OEM cloud of the vehicle manufacturer, these disadvantages belong to the past.

Digades is presenting own solutions for range-independent remote control of vehicle access, vehicle climate control and comfort options at the IZB:

drc Smart Climate Control

The reduced design of the drc Smart Climate Control remote control system without display ensures particularly long battery runtimes of up to 30 days without inductive charging, as well as compact dimensions and a low weight. Preconditioning, auxiliary heating systems or individual comfort functions can be controlled without installing additional hardware components in the vehicle. The focus of the user remains on the functions to be operated, which are controlled intuitively and in fractions of a second.

drc Smart Key

The all-in-one remote control for maximum user convenience. The drc Smart Key drc Smart Key enables your customers to control both the vehicle air conditioning and the keyless entry to the vehicle with a single remote control system. Completely range-independent through integrated mobile radio technology. The Intelligent Transmission Select technology (ITS) developed by digades ensures highly efficient and secure transmission of the radio signal by selecting the optimal transmission technology in each case.

Bluetooth lock - the universal system solution for central, electromechanical locking by radio signal

In the field of intelligent locking systems, digades also shows a specially developed concept with the Bluetooth lock.

The Bluetooth lock is a universal, smart product platform that locks and unlocks a wide range of lockable containers via radio signal, such as suitcases, roof racks and cargo carrier systems. It consists of an electromechanical locking cylinder with associated app control and enables automatic locking and unlocking when approaching and/or driving off, similar to a car central locking system. With its compact dimensions, equal to commercially available locking cylinders, the Bluetooth lock is suitable for a wide range of applications in the automotive, caravanning and motorbike sector. The smartphone app for control can be customised. Both in terms of functionality and design. Up to nine locks can be managed in a locking system.
