Digades CEO Dr.-Ing. Sascha Berger elected to the Board of SACHSENMETALL
Radebeul/Zittau. Dr.-Ing. Sascha Berger, CEO of the digades GmbH, was elected to the board of the Sachsenmetall Association at its general meeting with effect from 1 January 2022. Every year, the association's general meeting elects an honorary board from among its members, consisting of Saxon business personalities who are supported in their work by the association's full-time staff. The board defines common guidelines for the association's work. As an electronics specialist with three locations and around 160 employees, digades GmbH belongs to the metal and electrical industry sector, which ist the largest in Saxony, and whose interests are represented by the association. Dr.-Ing. Sascha Berger joined the management of digades back in 2018. Since April of this year, he has been managing the family-owned company based in Zittau together with his brother Tim Berger.
Ich freue mich auf die aktive Mitwirkung und den gemeinsamen Austausch im Verband. Nur gemeinsam können wir etwas bewegen, um optimale Rahmenbedingungen für die weitere Entwicklung unserer Branche zu schaffen. Und nur wer sich einbringt, kann mitgestalten. Sachsenmetall vertritt als Dachverband die sächsischen Unternehmen der Metall- und Elektroindustrie und wird von einem ehrenamtlich tätigen Vorstand geführt, an dessen Spitze der Präsident steht. Die Erledigung der laufenden Verbandsgeschäfte obliegt der Geschäftsführung. Präsident ist Dr. Jörg Brückner.
