Digades CEO Dr.-Ing. Sascha Berger elected to the Board of SACHSENMETALL
Radebeul/Zittau. Dr.-Ing. Sascha Berger, CEO of the digades GmbH, was elected to the board of the Sachsenmetall Association at its general meeting with effect from 1 January 2022. Every year, the association's general meeting elects an honorary board from among its members, consisting of Saxon business personalities who are supported in their work by the association's full-time staff. The board defines common guidelines for the association's work. As an electronics specialist with three locations and around 160 employees, digades GmbH belongs to the metal and electrical industry sector, which ist the largest in Saxony, and whose interests are represented by the association. Dr.-Ing. Sascha Berger joined the management of digades back in 2018. Since April of this year, he has been managing the family-owned company based in Zittau together with his brother Tim Berger.
I am looking forward to the active participation and the common exchange in the association. Only together, we can make a difference in order to create optimal basic conditions for the further development of our industry. And only those who get involved can help shape things. That's why the involvement in Sachsenmetall is so important to me.

As an umbrella organisation, Sachsenmetall represents Saxon companies in the metal and electrical industries and is run by an honorary board headed by the president. The management is responsible for the day-to-day business of the association. The President is Dr. Jörg Brückner.
